Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times
- USPS Ground Advantage (Free Standard Shipping): Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days for a flat rate of $9.99.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delays can occasionally occur.
Right to Cancel on Delay
If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you by email. You may consent to a revised shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. For expedited delivery, Express Shipping is available for $9.99.
Shipping Address Restrictions
We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Sales Tax Disclosure
Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates as we expand our shipping options.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at rafa.moreschijr@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
